oh well, let me talk about my pissy little island...
Labuan is an island lie 8 km off the coast of Borneo, next to Sabah (North Borneo) facing the South China Sea. It comprises about 75kmē of the main island and six other smaller islands which are not significant (not important..haha)...except PULAU PAPAN!! 2.7 km off the island of Labuan where i swam back from..yahoo!
Labuan was part of the Brunei Sultanate before the British came.. in 1840, the British used Labuan as a base for operation against piracy. The Sultan of Brunei ceded Labuan to Britain in 1946 and called it Victoria island....then bla bla bla bang bang boom boom... and the Japanese came in 1941 for WWII and occupied Labuan till 1945 where the Japanese surrendered on this very island

anyways... today is Federal Territory day since 1984...
and please visit Labuan this year 2007...*Visit Malaysia Year* especially in May when the International Sea Challenge is held..
Places to visit are Peace Park, Australian War Memorial, Financial Park, and... beaches(maybe?) or even the Chimney.. if u like to see historical pieces of rock built long time ago...or een Bird's park

At last! i can access blogdrive.com... it's been a while since i've post something up... as my blog title is my story in Sydney, which is why i don't know what to write about in this small little island i'm at now...
i've not been up to anything fun but my family and i went to the capital of Malaysia last week for 8 days including Penang... FOOD was great, Kuey Tiow, Laksa, Cendol, Nasi Kandar...yum yum...and i earned another 8KG ..hahaha
After i came back, there's a swimming course in Labuan Golf Club and i took part in it and realised that i'm not a lousy swimmer after all... got some of my strokes corrected and we trained real hard till yesterday. i'm burnt out at the moment and still wanna continue working out to get rid of the FOOD from the west.. hahaha...
oh yea... i did made some friends in the west... LOL, they saw my hair and asked me about it... then left their phone contacts, and when i was in KL, they brought my family to Klang to eat the FAMOUS Bak Kut Teh...it's really really really delicious... seriously!
erm..i didn't get to shoot the kuey tiow and the cendol...but the stalls... coz i was busy eating..hahaha

cracked my left ankle.. hahaha... 80 kg sitting on my poor ankle...

although this is not the best result in the world... but i've did my best without stressing myself... as the saying goes "All WORK No PLAY makes SAM a dull boy..."
as i said.. as long as the work is done.. i'll be fine.. only no HDs la..haha
